Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician opportunities are opening up with our client in Edmonton, London. We are recruiting on their behalf for a time-served Vehicle Technician who is confident using diagnostics and can work independently in a busy, workshop-based environment.

Benefits for the Vehicle Technician:

Basic salary of £35,000 upwards, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday structured working pattern 08:30–17:30, plus alternate Saturdays 08:30–13:00

Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding to a high standard
Carry out servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance across a varied vehicle mix
Diagnose and repair timing chain issues, clutches, cambelts, and related driveline concerns
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and workshop standards
Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the workshop teamRequirements for the Vehicle Technician Position:

Time-served Vehicle Technician with relevant qualifications and practical experience
Proven diagnostic capability and effective troubleshooting without supervision
Experience with servicing and mechanical repairs including timing chains, clutches, and cambelts
Ability to work on your own initiative, manage your pace, and prioritise tasks
