We are working with a highly regarded college dedicated to supporting young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve independence, confidence, and success.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated SALT to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Kingston.

The Role

You will support students with a range of communication needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. Working closely with education and therapy teams, you will deliver person-centred interventions that help students thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing communication and swallowing needs
Delivering individual and group therapy sessions
Promoting a total communication approach
Supporting and training staff teams
Working collaboratively within integrated servicesAbout You

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist
HCPC registered
Experience or strong interest in learning disabilities and/or autism
Passionate about person-centred and functional practice
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Qualified in dysphagiaBenefits
