Stock Controller - Join Our Team

Our valued client is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Stock Controller to join their fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high stock control standards.

The Role

As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse and stock operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficient receipt and unloading of deliveries
Accurate storage, monitoring, and organisation of stock
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard
Preparing and dispatching goods in a timely manner
Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory control processes
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A team player with a positive attitude
Committed to delivering excellent standards and customer service
Flexible to work weekends as required

Experience & Skills

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or distribution environment
Experience in retail distribution and fast-moving warehouse operations
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling stock and inventory
Experience with stock counting and inventory management processes
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Pay & Hours

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour and above, depending on experience
Weekend work will be expected as part of the role to support operational requirements
