About the Role

I am recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business in Belfast. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment while managing a skilled engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the site maintenance and engineering team.

* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.

* Drive improvements in equipment reliability, efficiency, and downtime reduction.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food manufacturing standards.

* Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and engineering projects.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager role.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled engineering background.

* Experience within manufacturing; food or FMCG experience is highly desirable.
