Are you a passionate and qualified teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are recruiting dedicated SEND Teachers with QTS to work across specialist primary and secondary settings supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

🌟 About the Role:
You'll be joining a supportive and inclusive school environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Working with small class sizes and specialist support staff, you'll have the opportunity to deliver engaging, tailored learning experiences that truly make a difference.

🧩 Pupils May Have:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Complex learning needs and associated conditions

📚 Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
* Develop individual learning strategies and targets
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Therapists and Parents
* Monitor pupil progress and celebrate achievements

🎯 What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience within SEND or a strong desire to transition into SEND education
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Creativity, resilience and adaptability
* Commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
