Process Business Analyst - London Market Insurance

Our sister company Stellarmann is supporting a London Market insurer as they strengthen their Process Centre of Excellence, with a focus on a key Underwriting Journey initiative. As part of a broader operational improvement effort, the business is looking to enhance how processes are captured, documented, and governed across the organisation.
This is a key consulting engagement focused on process discovery, documentation, and optimisation, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and project teams to ensure process outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned to how the business operates.

We are looking for:
Experienced Process Business Analyst with a strong background in London Market insurance
Proven expertise in process discovery, mapping, and documentation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or delegated authority
Strong experience using BPMN standards and process modelling tools (IBM Blueworks Live preferred)
Ability to facilitate workshops and capture end-to-end "as-is" and "to-be" processes
Confident producing clear, structured, business-friendly documentation including process maps, SIPOCs, procedures, and work instructions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and delivery teams
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex processes
Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is an Outside IR35 Contract opportunity with an initial 6-month term and strong extension potential.
