Job Responsibilities
Operate large-scale industrial machinery in accordance with defined instructions and operating procedures.
Follow production schedules diligently, working effectively within a small team or crew.
Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to manufacture adhesive tapes.
Unload finished products from machinery, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, exercising control and judgement.
Work from written or verbal instructions, applying general operating procedures with some degree of judgement.
Identify and troubleshoot issues or problems during production, seeking assistance when necessary.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Accurately perform basic data entry and utilise computer systems as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
Previous experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Good organisational skills with reliable timekeeping and attendance.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
Awareness of health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing settings.
