Monday to friday 22.00-06.00
Location: Desborough
We are currently recruiting for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Desborough.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the efficient running of state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring high standards of output and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate machinery efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising productivity
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets and improve performance
Ensure products are manufactured in line with company quality standards and customer specifications
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Build positive working relationships with colleagues to support effective teamwork
About You
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience (Desirable)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of health and safety practices within a factory setting
Experience within the print, paper, or corrugated packaging industry is advantageous
Skills & Attributes
Strong timekeeping and attendance record
Positive, confident attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and contribute to team discussions
Basic IT skills or a willingness to develop computer literacy
