ERSG are working with a leading engineering and construction specialist delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, industrial, data, and commercial.
We're looking for an Electrical Project Engineer who wants more than just a desk-based role - someone who enjoys being fully involved from design review through to installation, commissioning, and handover.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the full lifecycle delivery of electrical packages on major construction projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and buildability
Managing RFIs, technical submittals, and engineering trackers
Coordinating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
Identifying design risks, discrepancies, and scope gaps early
Monitoring site works and ensuring installations meet quality and project standards
Supporting testing, commissioning, and final handoverYou'll be right at the centre of delivery - ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Around 5+ years' experience in an Electrical Project Engineer or similar role in UK or Ireland
Background working on commercial, industrial, pharma, healthcare, or large-scale builds
Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution
Experience reviewing technical documentation and working in live project environments
Organised, proactive, and confident working with multiple stakeholders
