A secondary school is seeking an ambitious and passionate Teacher of Computer Science to join a supportive and high-performing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong outcomes for students.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Support students to develop problem-solving, critical thinking and digital skills
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
* A passion for teaching and learning
* The ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
* High expectations of behaviour and achievement
* A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
