Are you a passionate educator who believes in shaping young people’s personal development, wellbeing, and future life skills?
A new and forward-thinking alternative provision in West London is seeking a dedicated PSHE Teacher to join their expanding team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing setting supporting learners across Key Stage 4, Post-16, and Outreach pathways.
The provision supports young people to gain meaningful qualifications, build confidence, and develop essential life and employability skills in a supportive and structured environment.
The Role
As a PSHE Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging PSHE lessons across KS4 and Post-16 learners
Support students’ personal development, wellbeing, and life skills education
Help learners work towards accreditations and recognised qualifications
Adapt learning to meet a range of emotional, behavioural, and educational needs
Work closely with pastoral and support staff to ensure positive outcomes
Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Support students who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or QTLS (essential for this role)
Has experience teaching PSHE or similar curriculum areas
Has strong behaviour management skills
Enjoys working with learners who require additional support or alternative approaches
Is passionate about personal development, wellbeing, and life skills education
Can build strong, positive relationships with young people
Is adaptable, resilient, and creative in their teaching approach
