Level 2 / Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Hertfordshire.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote children's development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.Requirements:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification that is recognised and valid for working within a nursery setting.
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare environment is desirable.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
