Project HR:Senior and experienced able to work independently and take decisions / propose recommendations to senior management.
Prepare a recruitment plan based on the organization chart, manpower plan and job descriptions provided by the project team. This plan should include an assessment of the realistic dates when the new recruits would be available to start on site.
To work with the Project Director on interim arrangements if necessary.
To be able to make a realistic assessment of the salary/benefit packages required to recruit and retain people for each role.
To assist/advise on a reasonable rotation arrangement for regional/UK/ foreign staff.
To manage the recruitment process both internal and external
To liaise with the Stakeholder Management team regarding communication with relevant local/regional stakeholders
To prepare the draft Employee Handbook covering matters related to:
Recruitment
Start of Employment
Health and Safety
Code of Conduct including disciplinary procedures
People Performance Management and Development
Working hours, rotation.
Travel and Reimbursement Policy
Business Expense reimbursement policy
Data security and confidentiality
Laptop and mobile phone policy
Employee Benefits
Termination and Resignation
