Senior Wastewater Modeller

Our client, a leading consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Wastewater Modeller to join their team in Leeds. This is a contract role working on various water frameworks, including Yorkshire Water Storm Overflow alliance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of junior modellers, providing guidance and expertise
Utilising Infoworks ICM to develop and refine wastewater models
Working collaboratively on water frameworks with a Tier 1 consultancy
Delivering high-quality project outcomes within designated timeframes
Preparing technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Attending the Leeds office 2-3 days a week, with potential options in Peterborough and London

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in the wastewater industry
Proficiency with Infoworks ICM
Strong background in civil engineering
Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior modellers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility to work from Leeds, with possible options in Peterborough and London
