1:1 SEND Support - EHCP Pupils (Secondary)
Location: Birmingham
Pay: £95-£115 per day
Duration: Long-term placements
Mainstream secondary schools are seeking dedicated 1:1 SEND support staff for pupils with EHCPs, primarily linked to ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
These roles are:
-Long-term
-Consistency-critical
-Parent-visible
You'll be supporting pupils:
-In lessons
-During transitions
-At unstructured times (break/lunch)
We need people who are:
-Reliable and consistent
-Emotionally resilient
-Comfortable working closely with the same pupil daily
Previous experience with EHCP pupils in secondary settings is highly desirable.
