Your responsibilities as Employer Partnerships Manager
Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities
Generate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activity
Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learners
Attend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagement
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reporting
Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships
What we’re looking for in an Employer Partnerships Manager
Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account management
Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders
Knowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous
Experience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systems
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel
Working Hours
40 hours per week
