As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards:
Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications and presentation standards
Ensure ingredients are prepared and available for service
Monitor quality, flavour, and consistency of all dishes leaving your section
Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards
Support stock control and minimise waste
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Help maintain kitchen standards in the absence of senior chefsWhat we're looking for
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong line chef within a quality fresh-food kitchen
Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen procedures
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
