The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional and supportive kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to progress their career in a well-structured environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards across all food outlets, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A genuine passion for food with strong attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event service
