Freelance MarTech Product Owner | Marketing Platforms | Pharma | Global (Hybrid)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading pharmaceutical client in strengthening their global Customer Engagement and MarTech capabilities. We are looking for an experienced MarTech Product Owner with strong expertise in marketing platforms, content ecosystems, and global rollouts.

This is a key role focused on owning and evolving global marketing platforms (eg Marketing Automation, DAM, content supply chain). You will act as a bridge between business and IT, driving standardisation, adoption, and scalable solutions across 70+ markets.

Requirements

Must-Have

8-12+ years of experience in digital product management/MarTech/marketing platforms

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Marketing Automation platforms (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • DAM/content platforms (eg Veeva PromoMats or similar)

Proven experience with global platform rollouts (multi-country environments)
Solid understanding of content supply chain and marketing operations
Experience translating business needs into scalable product and platform solutions
Strong stakeholder management across marketing, IT, and global teams
Experience driving process harmonisation, governance, and adoption
Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
Excellent English communication skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG environments
Exposure to CDP/omnichannel/personalisation use cases
Experience working in product-led/platform operating models
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing use cases

Responsibilities

Own and drive the MarTech product roadmap and delivery
Act as the key interface between business (marketing/commercial) and IT
Lead global standardisation and optimisation of marketing platforms
Drive adoption and change management across regions
Optimise the content life cycle (creation - approval - distribution - reuse)
Manage vendors and implementation partners
Define and track KPIs, usage, and performance metrics
Support transition towards simplified, off-the-shelf platform landscape
Collaborate with CRM, data, and web teams to ensure end-to-end alignment

Start Date: Q4 2026
Location: Europe
Work Model: Remote, incidental travel
Workload: Full-time
