Job Title: Junior Service Design Assistant
Role Type: Contract
Length: 6 months initial
Location: Dartford (1-2 days per week)
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Junior Service Design Assistant to support projects through service design, transition and operational readiness. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and an interest in service management to help improve documentation, support models and project handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project meetings and support teams with service design guidance.
- Review service design documents and recommend improvements.
- Create support models and transition pages for projects.
- Work with project managers to track completed transition tasks.
- Create, review and update project and service wikis with support team leads.
Key Experience:
Essential:
- ITIL experience
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- ITIL qualification
- Confluence experience
- ServiceNow experience.
