The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business where you'll play a key role in supporting production, improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Create, edit and optimise CNC machine programs
Support production through program improvements and troubleshooting
Liaise with production, tooling and engineering teams
Ensure programs meet quality and health & safety requirements
Support continuous improvement activities across the machine shop
About You
Previous CNC programming experience
CNC machining background
Ability to read engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and team-focused approach
Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
