The Role - Behaviour Lead

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Lead to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers and pastoral staff to oversee behaviour management across the school. The role involves leading behaviour interventions, supporting pupils during periods of dysregulation, implementing behaviour support plans and helping to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment. You will also work with families and external agencies to ensure pupils receive consistent support both in and out of school.

The School - Behaviour Lead

This specialist SEMH provision is located in the London Borough of Southwark and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom have experienced significant barriers to learning. The provision offers personalised learning, strong pastoral care and a highly structured environment focused on behaviour, wellbeing and positive outcomes. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2023.
