We’re looking for a Repairs Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team in the Leicester area.
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting maintenance issues and breakdowns, making sure everything is logged, coordinated and resolved efficiently.
This Repairs Co-ordinator role is fast-paced and customer-focused, with lots of phone and email contact, arranging repairs and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
If you enjoy staying organised, solving problems and speaking with customers, this Repairs Co-ordinator position could be a great next step.
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you will:
Take calls and emails from customers reporting repairs and maintenance issues
Log and manage repair requests on internal systems
Coordinate contractors and schedule repair work
Keep customers updated on progress and timescales
Maintain accurate records and update job information
Process invoices and track maintenance spend
Support health and safety record keeping
Provide general admin support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer service, admin or coordination
Confident communication skills, especially on the phone
Strong organisation and ability to manage a busy workload
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
A proactive, can-do approach
Experience in property, facilities, maintenance or repairs coordination would be beneficial.
