Are you an experienced insurance professional with strong Acturis skills? We’re working with a respected insurance company in Leicester that’s looking for a confident and capable Account Handler to join their established team.
As an Account Handler, you’ll be responsible for supporting clients with their insurance needs, processing renewals, handling mid-term adjustments, and ensuring policies are managed accurately on Acturis. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, providing advice, answering queries, and always delivering excellent customer service.
To succeed in this Account Handler role, you’ll need to have previous experience working within insurance and be comfortable using Acturis. You’ll bring a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience as an Account Handler or in a similar insurance role
• Is confident using Acturis
• Enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
• Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities
