Customer Service Adviser - Doncaster
Our client, a leading independent accident repair group in the UK, is hiring a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly team in Doncaster. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a smooth and positive repair experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the main contact for customers throughout their vehicle repair journey
* Providing regular updates on repair progress
* Booking vehicles in for repairs and organising collections/deliveries
* Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service
* Taking excess payments and handling customer queries
* Greeting customers with a friendly, professional approach
What you'll bring:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable
* A positive, "can-do" attitude and team spirit
* Reliable, flexible, and willing to get involved
* Experience in customer service, call centres, or automotive environments is beneficial but not essential
Details:
* Location: Doncaster, DN2
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
* Salary: £26,836.80 per annum
