Rate: £13.00 per hour
Duration: 8-week contract
Working Pattern: 36.25 hours per week, fully office-based
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's team in Lasswade on an 8-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail to support an important system implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately transfer and update employee information between the existing HR system and a newly implemented scheduling system.
Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintained in line with company standards and procedures.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary.
Provide administrative support to the HR team across a range of day-to-day activities.
Assist with document management, record keeping, and maintaining employee data.
Support project-related administration to ensure the successful implementation of the new scheduling system.
Perform general office administration duties, including updating spreadsheets, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
Experience working within an HR or project support environment would be advantageous but is not essential
