Atrium EMEA are looking for several accomplished Project Analysts to join the Industry Relations Contracting team. This operational role provides essential administrative and documentation support to a team of Contract Managers based across the US and Ireland. The Project Analysts will assist in contract administration, audit and litigation documentation, and process coordination, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave. Remote work 3 days a week and 2 days in Dublin office.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Contract Manager team, including document preparation, tracking, and filing. Assist in the coordination and organization of materials for internal and external audits, as well as litigation-related documentation.
* Support contract life cycle activities, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards. Maintain contract records and databases, ensuring timely updates and version control. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in contract processes and documentation.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team-wide operational efficiency.
* Work independently on routine tasks and seek guidance on more complex issues.
Essential:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent
* Previous experience of supporting projects
* Legal documentation support
* Process coordination
* Professional experience in an operational, administrative, or contract support role.
* Experience in contract administration
* US Healthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience using Salesforce CLM and Adobe Sign (or similar platforms).
* Familiarity with contract documentation and redlining tools (eg tracked changes).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
