Coordinating daily production activities to ensure output and delivery requirements are achieved

Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and workflow efficiency

Monitoring performance, attendance and resource planning across the department

Supporting training, coaching and development of team members

Working closely with wider operational teams to resolve issues and drive improvements

Maintaining accurate production records and operational documentation

Promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting

A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels of the business

Experience working within quality-driven production environments

A proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and engage others

Candidates from precision engineering, aerospace, automotive, foundry, metal processing, machining, fabrication or other technical manufacturing sectors are particularly encouraged to apply.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer investing in both its people and its operations. You'll be trusted to make a genuine impact, contribute to ongoing improvement projects and play an important role in shaping the performance and culture of your department.

If you're looking for a position that offers challenge, responsibility and long-term career prospects within a stable manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you
