Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to recruit Female Support Workers in Tunbridge Wells.

This supported living service provides care and support to adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs. The people supported lead active lifestyles and regularly access the community, including parks, swimming, bowling, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have a genuine passion for supporting adults to live independently.

* Be confident supporting individuals with autism and behaviours that may challenge.

* Promote person-centred care and independence.

* Support individuals with daily living activities, community access, and personal care.

* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (2years) and be willing to drive service vehicles(automatic).

Hours:

* Full-time positions available.

* Shifts operate between 7:30am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts.

* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
