Our client in Romford, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their reputable dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their automotive career within a well-established organisation committed to staff development and employee wellbeing.

£39,000 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000

Work schedule includes one in eight Saturdays, with flexible working hoursDuties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Deliver first-time fix excellence and ensure quality customer service
Perform vehicle video health checks to identify issues and encourage sell-up opportunities
Communicate effectively with workshop supervision regarding work progress
Assist colleagues with technical support and coaching
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete MOTs adhering to DVSA standards (if applicable)
Support development of your skills, including electric vehicle diagnostics
Ensure safety and organisational standards are maintained at all timesRequirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
Excellent attention to detail and safety standards adherence
Organisational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
