This full-time role is ideal for graduates, youth workers, sports coaches, mentors, or individuals considering a future career in education, psychology, social work, or pastoral care.

The Role
As a Student Supervisor (Behaviour), you will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, and students to promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing across the school.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supervising students throughout the school day, including breaktimes, lunchtimes, and transitions between lessons
Supporting the school's behaviour and inclusion policies
Working one-to-one and in small groups with students who require additional behavioural or pastoral support
Building positive relationships with students and acting as a trusted role model
Supporting students in regulating their behaviour and making positive choices
Assisting with restorative conversations and behaviour interventions
Monitoring student attendance, punctuality, and engagement
Supporting students who may be experiencing social, emotional, or mental health challenges
Liaising with teachers, pastoral leaders, and parents where appropriate
Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and purposeful learning environment across the school
Contributing to student support plans and behaviour monitoring processes

You should have:
A degree or relevant experience working with young people

Previous experience in education, youth work, mentoring, coaching, sports leadership, behaviour support, or a similar setting is desirable but not essential
