We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school in Brent from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to support pupils in achieving their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils' learning in the classroom and through small group interventions.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Provide one-to-one support for pupils where required.
Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
Support children with additional educational needs and learning barriers.
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth setting (preferred but not essential).
