Primary Teacher - Key Stage 2 - Stafford - Short/Long Term Contract - Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a fabulous Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to support a range of Key Stage 2 (KS2). The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to temporary, supply work and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum You will be a reliable and trustworthy Primary Teacher who is looking for a more flexible and casual approach to supply opportunities within Stafford and the surrounding South Staffordshire areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher with KS2 experience who is seeking temporary working arrangements with a reputable supply agency. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel supported, valued and encouraged to achieve, flourish and learn. Successful candidates will be confident in supporting the implementation of an enriching curiculum, while promoting positive behaviour and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
The role includes:
Working for a reputable education agency - Academics Ltd.
Teaching across different KS2 settings on a short term/long term basis.
Full class teacher responsibilities.
Taking on the role of planning, marking and assessing in line with the schools policies.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school's behaviour policy.
The ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents is essential.
Flexibility to adapt to different school settings on a temporary basis, this is crucial.We are looking for someone who:
Qualified Teaching Status (QTS). This role is open to ECT's.
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Enhanced DBS
Provide 2 teaching references
Available to start ASAP
Able to commute to Stafford and surrounding areas daily.
Fully registered to work with Academics.Pay £130 - £160 per day, depending on experience. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
