Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £24,423 per annum
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Join our supportive team at Trinity Court 4, a residential care home for six adults with learning disabilities, where we work with compassion, respect and inclusion to empower residents to live as independently as possible.
The Role
As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:
Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity
Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach
Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices
Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records
Administer medication and complete light household tasks
Provide personal care when requiredShifts
9:30pm - 7:30am
About You
You are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
We offer a structured induction, ongoing training and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications to support your development.
