Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Up to £30k plus bonus and Award-winning benefits

We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Grimsby team, supporting clients within the industrial sector. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for your client sites - building candidate pipelines, screening and shortlisting, and keeping in regular contact with clients to ensure staffing needs are met on time and to agreed targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to screening and sourcing, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.

Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, direct sourcing and internal pools; build strong shortlists for client review.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication, on-site visits when required and service review meetings.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS, prepare recruitment metrics and report on performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, share market intelligence and support business development activities where appropriate.

About you

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency, in-house or temporary workforce environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service mindset.

Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple vacancies and work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Confident using Microsoft Office, ATS and CRM systems; comfortable learning new tools and processes.

Valid UK right to work; a driving licence and access to a vehicle for client site attendance.
