A specialist SEN school in Crewe is looking for a Behaviour Mentor / SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs. This isn't just a classroom support role it's about building trust, creating consistency and helping young people feel safe enough to learn.

* Helping pupils manage emotions and challenging behaviour
* Encouraging engagement, independence and positive routines
* Building strong relationships with students who need consistency and support
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
* Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker experience is desirable
