Early Career Teacher

Simply Education is working in partnership with a supportive primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a permanent teaching position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a nurturing school environment that offers excellent mentoring, support, and professional development.

The Role:

Full-time, permanent teaching position
* Teaching within KS1 or KS2
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
* Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and familiesThe Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing a recognised ITT programme
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Passion for teaching and learning
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
