Front of House Manager - Colne - £35,000 Basic + OTE
Role - Front of House Manager
Location - Colne
Salary - Basic Salary £35,000. OTE £42,300
Hours - Mon - Fri 8- 5.30
Our client is looking for an experienced automotive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to join their aftersales team as a Front of House Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and high-performing individual ready to step into a leadership role within a busy aftersales environment.
As Front of House Manager – Aftersales, you will take responsibility for managing the customer-facing aftersales operation, leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards and a seamless customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front-of-house aftersales team including Service Advisors, booking coordinators, and reception staff
Drive customer satisfaction and customer retention
Monitor and improve KPIs including labour sales, parts sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction
Ensure smooth communication between customers and the workshop
Support the efficiency and profitability of the aftersales department
Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalismWhat Our Client is Looking For:
Previous experience in an automotive aftersales or service environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commercially aware and target driven
