Are you passionate about supporting children and helping to create a positive school environment? We are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school within the Enquire Learning Trust (ELT Trust) in Grimsby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school team and play an important role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising pupils during lunchtime and promoting positive behaviour.
Supporting children while they eat their lunch.
Encouraging positive relationships and social interaction among pupils.
Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all children.
Providing basic first aid where required (following appropriate training).
Supervising and supporting children during outdoor and active play activities.
Working effectively as part of the wider school team.Requirements
✅ Minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK school setting.
✅ A positive, caring, and professional approach to working with children.
✅ Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
