🧒 Key Responsibilities
* Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas
* Encouraging positive play, good manners, and respectful behaviour
* Supporting younger pupils with meals and lunchtime routines
* Managing minor behaviour issues calmly and consistently
* Ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing at all times
* Helping set up and clear away dining hall equipment
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive midday team
👩💼 What the School Needs
* A friendly, patient, and approachable manner
* Confidence supervising groups of children
* Good communication and behaviour‑management skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Willingness to undertake training (safeguarding, first aid, etc.)
* Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
