Centre of Enablement Manager

Contract - Inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Centre of Enablement (CoE) Manager to lead a Data, Analytics & AI CoE, driving governance, prioritisation, adoption, and value realisation across a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CoE operations, governance and performance
• Manage demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio oversight
• Drive benefits realisation, ROI tracking and reporting
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption initiatives
• Support workforce upskilling in Data & AI
• Foster innovation and oversee policies, standards and procedures

Essential Experience

• Experience leading a CoE/CoE function
• Background in Data, Analytics, AI or digital transformation
• Strong demand management and prioritisation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in value tracking and benefits realisation

Desirable

• Experience working with external delivery partners
• Knowledge of AI governance and risk
• Change management and adoption experience
