Our client is looking for an experienced Centre of Enablement (CoE) Manager to lead a Data, Analytics & AI CoE, driving governance, prioritisation, adoption, and value realisation across a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CoE operations, governance and performance
- Manage demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio oversight
- Drive benefits realisation, ROI tracking and reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption initiatives
- Support workforce upskilling in Data & AI
- Foster innovation and oversee policies, standards and procedures
Essential Experience
- Experience leading a CoE/CoE function
- Background in Data, Analytics, AI or digital transformation
- Strong demand management and prioritisation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in value tracking and benefits realisation
Desirable
- Experience working with external delivery partners
- Knowledge of AI governance and risk
- Change management and adoption experience
