* Completion of planned upgrades where required
* Use of digital tools to record outcomes, triage cases and support compliance
* Providing clear, supportive customer advice
You will need:
* Solid multi-trade experience and confidence handling complex repairs

* A proactive mindset and commitment to high quality workmanship
* A full valid driving licence
What We’re Looking For
We want people who:
* Are excited to shape a new team and new ways of working
* Care deeply about improving customers’ homes and experiences
* Are solutions focused, curious and open to change
* Bring expertise but also want to keep learning

* 23 (25 for the Team leader) days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 Christmas concessionary days
* Pension scheme & life insurance up to 3× salary when you are an active member
* Employee Assistance Programme
* Benefits & discounts platform
* Volunteering days, wellbeing support and staff schemes
* Options including holiday buy, tech and savings schemes, and medical cash plan
* Long service awards and cycle to work scheme
