* Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team)
* External Works Colleagues-salary £35,089 per annum
* Electricians – Salary £41,502 per annum

* Do you have previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction?
* Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do, as “we champion our customers”?
* Are you passionate about making a difference and will take responsibility to get things done?
* Are a skilled and professional tradesperson?
* Have a flexible approach and able to take part in the out-of-hours call-out service?
* Hold a full UK driving license?
