About the Role
Wolviston Management Services are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Production Lead to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, varied production environment, where multiple products are manufactured across different bays. You'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing and packaging operations
Supervise a team of 8-12 operatives across multiple production bays
Drive performance to meet production targets and customer expectations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (GMP)
Monitor and maintain product quality in line with specifications
Support, coach and develop team members
Ensure staff are trained and fully competent in their roles
Maintain excellent housekeeping and site cleanliness
Support with product handling and mixing (5kg-25kg) What We're Looking For
Experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
IT literacy (Outlook, Excel, and internal systems)
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Understanding of SOPs and compliance standards What's on Offer
Day shift: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
Overtime opportunities available
1 in 5 Saturdays once fully trained
Company pension scheme
