Location: Scotland (West)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full- time
Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)
Salary: - £42,757 basic + £2,543 on-call allowance

Our client is the market leader and national award-winning refrigeration contractor for the Foodservice and Food/Drink retail sector, offering excellent job stability through a portfolio of blue-chip, long-term contracts. Due to significant new business growth, they are recruiting experienced and qualified Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to join their growing team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be working across foodservice, hospitality, and food & drinks retail, maintaining and repairing a wide range of chilled and frozen display and storage assets for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety and working with high-quality commercial equipment.
Role Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding work completed and recommendations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in an on-call rota as requiredRequired Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a current, valid F-Gas Certificate (applicants without this will not be considered)
The ideal applicant will possess 10 years'+ experience working in the commercial refrigeration sector, specifically within restaurants and hospitality environments
Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems in the foodservice/retail sector
Professional, reliable, and capable of high performance, even during peak summer periods
Full UK driving licenceWhat's in it for you?
