Apex Resources urgently requires experienced skilled industrial production operatives for their prestigious client in Kinning Park.
At present we have EARLY/BACK shift rotational positions available.
As a Skilled Factory Operative/Labourer, you will be integral to our manufacturing processes, reporting directly to the production supervisor.
Your role involves performing heavy lifting and operating machinery while adhering to safety standards.
PLEASE NOTE CSCS IS NOT REQUIRED !!
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an industrial, heavy steel work environment however candidates with a proven track record in a production or warehouse environment will be considered.
Health and safety awareness would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Background as a skilled production operative or tradesman’s mate would be relevant to this role.
Duties will include
working on a heavy steel production line,
assisting machine operatives with back-end loading and unloading,
labouring,
machine operating,
stock rotation and order picking.
Heavy lifting will be involved so you must be physically fit and able.
ES/BS weekly rotation positions paid at £14.00 per hour with potential of permanent transfer for the right candidate. These shifts rotate between early & backs on a weekly basis
Monday to Thursday 7am – 3pm, Friday 7am – 1pm(early) one week followed by 3pm – 11pm, Friday 1pm to 6:30pm(backs) the following week
