Position : Maintenance Engineer
Sector : Manufacturing
Location : South Yorkshire - Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Wakefield
Shifts : Panama
Salary : £45,000-£47,000
Annual bonus of up to £1,000
5% employer / 3% employee pension scheme (enrolment from day one)
25 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 additional Christmas shutdown days

Occupational Health support including annual medical checks and ongoing wellbeing support
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production machinery
Respond quickly and effectively to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime
Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives across site maintenance and reliability
Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
What We?re Looking For
Level 3 (or equivalent/higher) qualification in Electrical Engineering
Strong background in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Proven fault-finding experience on industrial machinery
Experience working with PLC-controlled systems
A proactive, hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills
