Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, highly automated warehouse operation in the Rotherham area. This role will involve maintaining and supporting a wide range of warehouse automation and material handling equipment, ensuring maximum system uptime and operational efficiency.

Shift Pattern: Panama shift (3on 3 off-12hours)

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs

* Fault finding on conveyor systems, automated warehouse machinery, and material handling equipment (MHE)

* Support continuous improvement and system reliability initiatives

* Work across mechanical and/or electrical systems within the warehouse operation

* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures

Requirements:

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

* Previous experience within an automated warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or FMCG environment

* Strong experience working with conveyor systems and warehouse machinery

* Experience carrying out fault finding, maintenance, and breakdown response

* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced shift environment
