This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across the classroom

Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupil needs

Requirements

Essential:

GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)

Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant

Knowledge of SEN and intervention support

Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject
