Salary: up to £46,000 per annum + 15% shift allowance and company van plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday nights

Location: Stevenage, SG1 2AS

What you'll be doing;

Troubleshoot problems with equipment and carry out repairs.

Complete site documentation before and after work tasks.

Supervision of specialist subcontractors

Carry out Risk Assessment of Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure they are kept valid.

Update maintenance task lists.

All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines.

Flexibility to work around Maintenance Shutdown's.

Participate in Audits of the Air Conditioning plant and follow up on actions.

Prepare, compile and manage own quotations and works approvals

Ownership of maintaining plant asset and F-gas register

Stand-by on call rota

What we're looking for;

Recognised trade qualification, City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) or equivalent

Experience in a similar role and good understanding of the basic fundamentals of the various utilities systems

Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems

Building Management Systems

Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems.

Worked within a Computerised Maintenance Management Work Order system environment.

​Troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience a distinct advantage
